  • All service packages require an initial, non-refundable deposit before work begins.

  • Deposits cover onboarding, planning, setup, and resource allocation.

  • Monthly subscription payments are billed separately and cover ongoing services such as maintenance, optimization, updates, and support.

  • Subscription charges do not start immediately after deposit payment unless explicitly stated.

  • Clients will be notified before any recurring subscription payment is activated.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payments are processed securely via approved payment gateways.

  • Failure to complete agreed payments may result in service suspension.

  • Late or missed subscription payments may pause ongoing support services.

5. Web Design Agreement (Service-Specific Terms)

  • HolixServices may showcase completed projects for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed.

5.5 Revisions

  • Revisions are limited to what is stated in the chosen package.

  • Major redesign requests may be treated as a new project.

6. Refund Policy

  • Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.

  • Subscription payments already processed are non-refundable.

7. Limitation of Liability

Holix Services shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services for breach of these terms, abuse, or non-payment.
